Hi, I am a new customer, I ordered a phone no problem it was delivered without issue (great service I thought). I realised that I had ordered the incorrect version of the phone so I wanted to return it, I got a return number from customer service and the phone was returned completely unopened & untouched, by FedEx the very next day. Customer service said I could order a new phone straight away, that was not the case as the returned contract was still showing on the system so my new order was rejected. After contacting customer service to confirm everything was cancelled I could now order a new phone but again it was rejected this time stating I didn’t meet the credit check criteria. to top it all I get a bill for £11.19 as my final bill! I believe my credit score has been wrecked by multiple credit checks in rapid succession.
Now I can’t even go to another supplier until I recover my credit score. My advice don’t listen to a word customer service tell you & unbelievably it takes over a week to cancel a contract!
