damged 1phone 18pro max box unacceptable

Hi,

I have received my new iPhone 18 Pro Max today; however, I’m extremely disappointed to find that the box has arrived damaged.

Considering the amount of money I have spent on this phone, I do not feel it is acceptable to receive it in this condition. More importantly, the phone is a gift for my mum, so I specifically wanted it to arrive in perfect, presentable condition.

I would therefore like a brand-new replacement to be sent to me, with the current phone and damaged box returned. Please provide me with the appropriate return instructions and arrange the replacement as soon as possible.

I would appreciate this being resolved promptly, as I paid a significant amount for a premium product and expected it to arrive in perfect condition.

i have video proof of the damaged box which is unopened.

I’m really sorry that your new iPhone 18 Pro Max has arrived with the box damaged, especially as it was intended as a gift and you understandably expected it to arrive in perfect condition.

As the package remains unopened and you’d prefer a brand-new replacement, we’d recommend taking the handset and all packaging to your nearest Currys store. They’ll be able to assess the damaged delivery and assist you with the return and replacement options available.

Please keep the handset unopened and retain the damaged packaging, along with your order information and the video evidence you mentioned.

Alternatively, if you’re happy to keep the handset despite the damaged box, please let us know and we can look into whether there is a suitable resolution we can offer for the inconvenience caused.
