Hello

I Ordered for an id mobile sim since 5th of January and till today I’m yet to receive my SIM card. My old sim has been disconnected and I can’t make or receive calls. Please what do I do?

I’m really sorry to hear that you haven’t received your SIM card yet. You can either collect one free of charge from your nearest Currys store, or contact our customer service team and they can send one out to you. If we send one by post, it usually takes 2–3 working days to arrive.

My ID mobile sim was dispatched on the 5th of January according to the email I got, what’s with the delay? How do I activate it when I eventually visit a store cause I never planned this?

I am once again so sorry about the delay, however due to this being a public platform, we have no access to your account details, so I would not be able to look into your issue directly. 

 

When you receive the SIM card, you must go online to activate it at www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim or you can get in contact with us to active the sim.

But can you tell me if there’s a reason to this delay? Can I still wait till tomorrow or visit the store? When I visit the store, what do I say? What do I do?

At the moment, we don’t have a confirmed update on the reason for the delay, but you’re very welcome to visit any Currys store at a time that works best for you. Please remember to take your passport or driving licence for ID verification, just go up to one of the store employees to request a new SIM, and one of the colleagues in store will be happy to provide you with a free iD Mobile SIM card.

just got my SIM card from a lady at the Curry’s. It’s yet to be activated. How do I do that? I didn’t see your last message otherwise I would’ve gone over there with my ID

It’s requesting for a code and I can’t receive code cause my line has been disconnected. Remember I’m porting from Lebara to ID mobile and my sim has been disconnected for days
