Hi all,

​I completed a phone upgrade on Wednesday, but my order still hasn't been despatched 3 days later.

​With previous providers, my upgrades have always arrived the next day, so I'm a bit concerned about the delay. I contacted Live Chat for an update and what could be the issue, but the agent was only able to tell me that I'll get a message once it's despatched, with no timeframe provided. He couldn't tell me if it was a stock issue either so I'm just left wondering when I'm going to receive it! 🤔🤷‍♂️

I ordered it specially for a festival wanted it for a festival this bank holiday weekend but that's not going to happen now.

​Has anyone else experienced recent despatch delays with upgrades? Or could a moderator please check if there's an issue with my order status or stock levels? Phone handset is the Google Pixel 11 pro XL in Canyon
