Delivery delay

I ordered my phone on 4th April 2026 and today is 17th April but it still hasn't arrived!!!

I have live chat with two different people from ID both giving me different answers. I have kept record of the conversation.

I do alot of business through my phone, if it doesn't arrive by Friday then l will cancel my contract and l will go to another provider.
