Do i have no phone when i have trade in

Im just wondering if I select a trade in for my phone will i have no phone until i get the other one? Or will i still be able to use my old one until the new one arrives? As in what if the parcel to send it in comes before the new one, thank you

Obviously if you no longer physically have phone [after removing SIM], when sending back, you’ll have nothing to use….unless you have old spare.😗 Your existing SIM should work fine.

    Kindly please be advised that if you do not have a spare handset you can use while waiting for the new handset to arrive, you may wait until you’ve received your new handset before trading in your old handset.
