DPD delivery change

Hi, I've ordered a new phone as part of an upgrade package. It has to delivered by DPD but they are absolutely useless.

First they apparently missed a delivery when I was in. Then I put extremely detailed instructions on how to deliver to my flat and waited all day at home for a delivery. I was delivery number 75, but the driver got to delivery number 74 and gave up and went to the depot without coming near my flat. It's pathetic service and extremely frustrating.

Ideally, I want the phone to be delivered to Currys so I can pick it up myself. I cannot understand why this isn't an option when the phone is being sent by Currys.

If not, I want to change the delivery address to my work office.

I can't find a way to do either of these things. Please can you help ASAP because I'm paying for a new phone that ID + DPD are failing to provide

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with the delivery, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be, especially after taking time out to wait in for the parcel.
