help with delievery

I made an order for an iPhone 17 pro max on the 5/8 and missed the delivery on the 6th and now my phone has been held at a depot and haven’t had any further updates on when it will be delievered. I switched my sim with ee over so now don’t have access to calls, data or texts as I haven’t yet got the phone I had purchased

    I understand that you placed your order on 05/08/2026, missed the delivery on 06/08/2026, and that the handset is currently being held at the courier's depot. I appreciate how frustrating this must be, especially as your number has already transferred from EE, leaving you without access to calls, texts, and mobile data.
