DPD did not email to notify me of a delivery date, nor a missed delivery. Now after days of hunting I have found a tracking number and it says my parcel is on it's way back to Currys. So how do I get my new phone now?? I signed up for the deal to gain cashback offer and the window to claim is due to expire. So frustrating!!!! I can't seem to get anywhere with DPD, just going in circles!
