I bought a SIM deal but the sim was not delivered.

I bought a sim (unlimited) package, I received email saying its been delivered but haven't received the zim card yet. I have been even charged for the sim.

 

The purchase order number is (  [REMOVED] ).

 

Its an urgent matter please.
