i don't receve my new phone

I did upgrade to a new phone last week on Thursday and I don't receive anything . Everyday it's looking like my phone it's on dpd depot ready for delivery but never comes. I pay £4.99 for delivery on Saturday,  don't came, I request a new delivery today, and my phone it's still on Snetterton depot.  I will going abroad for one month and nobodyat home. What happens with my phone???
