I've been waiting for the delivery of the S26 Ultra for 5 days

I'm still waiting for the S26 Ultra. I made the upgrade on 15.09 today it is already 20.09 dpd has an order number but no package. Mobile ID says the case is closed. Currys says it's not just them, it's Carphon Warehouse. How long can we wait?
