Have u checked ur spam thats where mine went first was to say i ordered next was to say it was approved

Are the pre-orders getting delayed? Just wasted an hour with live chat and they couldn’t even find my order.

When did u order have you got the emails 

Order it on 12th when the website showed ETA as 19th Sep. Got 3 emails and the last one says the estimated delivery date is 2nd Oct.

That's crazy and they can't find your order what phone did u go for 

It’s just live chat shenanigans, finally got connected to an agent who found the order (which took one more hour) but provided no updates on the shipping date. They just told me that the phone would be released on 19th Sep lol. Went for the cosmic orange 1tb.

Avoid using live chat if you want to keep your sanity.
