iPhone 17 pro max preorder delays?

Do the idmobile employees here have visibility over order status?

For context, I preordered the new 17 pro max on the launch day when the delivery date on the website was 19th Sep but got an email saying that the ETA for delivery is 2nd Oct. Just wanted to see if there’s any chance of getting it on the launch day.

@thediadomimatrix did you get your device? Looks like mine is actually pushed down to Oct 2nd. Tempted to cancel this order and pick one up from apple store.


@jeep64 I didn't get my device either. The most recent estimated delivery for me is also October 2nd. It's a bit annoying, particularly given that the website suggested it would be here by today, but oh well. It might come earlier; you never know. Would you just pair the phone from the Apple store with a SIM-only deal?
