Strangely enough I missed 2 delivery's from a upgrade with ID mobile due to work commitments, each time redelivery couldn't be rearranged for when I was at home ie weekends, phoned dpd to rearrange and told to wait till the slots came out, miraculously my phone went back to currys, tried to cancel upgrade via ID Live chat as I felt like I was going round in circles, live chat very apologetic but not giving any answers asked to cancel, no answer! Then I get a email saying my phone.is on its way back for delivery would you like to VIP your delivery at £9.99 for when your at home to recieve your new phone,.How very convenient!
