Strangely enough I missed 2 delivery's from a upgrade with ID mobile due to work commitments, each time redelivery couldn't be rearranged for when I was at home ie weekends, phoned dpd to rearrange and told to wait till the slots came out, miraculously my phone went back to currys, tried to cancel upgrade via ID Live chat as I felt like I was going round in circles, live chat very apologetic but not giving any answers asked to cancel, no answer! Then I get a email saying my phone.is on its way back for delivery would you like to VIP your delivery at £9.99 for when your at home to recieve your new phone,.How very convenient!

To help resolve this, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try through the iD Mobile website:
Track or manage your order:

-Log in to your iD Mobile account and go to My Account > My Orders to check the status or manage your delivery.

 

Cancel or amend your upgrade:

-Navigate to My Account > My Plan > Upgrade Options. If cancellation is still possible, you’ll see the option there.
 

Delivery options:

-If your device is already out for delivery, you can use the DPD app or website to manage delivery preferences. Sometimes VIP delivery slots are offered for added flexibility.
