Live chat not connecting and need help with a delivery issue.. please help!

Hi,

 

Order a phone/sim on Friday and was due to be delivered on Saturday. I wasn’t going to be in so changed date to Monday (20th Oyctober), this has came and went with no attempt from DPD to deliver. My tracking now states that the package is on it’s way back to Currys. Is anyone able to contact me to see what the next steps are please?

Such things are usually handled by their sales team, so the best way to get this sorted quickly is to give them a call on 020 7139 1397.

This is for us to be able to track your package for you and arrange a re-delivery on your behalf.

Hello I have been asked to send my passport in and now I haven’t got a number to call them back on could I get some help
