Lost delivery - DPD

I bought a phone at the weekend and DPD failed a delivery on Sunday. They said it would be re delivered on Tuesday and then Wednesday and I heard nothing from DPD. I have spoken to DPD who state it could be lost, so said I needed to contact yourself. Please could I have some help with this?

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems with the delivery of your new phone.

     

    I can appreciate how frustrating this must be, especially after being given multiple delivery dates and then being advised by DPD that the parcel may be lost.

     

    Have you been able to get any assistance with this since posting, or are you still waiting for a resolution?
