I ordered a SIM only contract with you on Saturday 27th June. I scheduled my move from Vodafone for yesterday - Weds 1st July (thinking that would be enough time for the new SIM to arrive). However it has still not arrived and I am currently without a usable phone.
Can you track the new SIM for me?
