+26If a delivery is returned to Currys, it is typically because DPD was unable to deliver the item to the customer. In such cases, the customer can contact ID Mobile's Live Chat Team to request that the item be resent. The team may be able to arrange for the item to be shipped out again, depending on where the parcel is currently located.
If the return has been processed, the account would automatically be cancelled, and the customer may need to reorder. However, if the return has not been processed, the Warehouse Team may be able to send the item back out.
