Hi. My new contract mobile phone has been returned to sender by DPD without making an attempt to deliver. Who should I contact?

If a delivery is returned to Currys, it is typically because DPD was unable to deliver the item to the customer. In such cases, the customer can contact ID Mobile's Live Chat Team to request that the item be resent. The team may be able to arrange for the item to be shipped out again, depending on where the parcel is currently located.

If the return has been processed, the account would automatically be cancelled, and the customer may need to reorder. However, if the return has not been processed, the Warehouse Team may be able to send the item back out.

Customers can contact ID Mobile's Live Chat Team via the website or social media channels to request assistance with a returned delivery. The team is available to help from 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.

It is also recommended to check the tracking information to see if the item has been returned to Currys and to contact the Live Chat Team to request assistance with resending the item.
