My order hasnt come

I have ordered a phone upgrade over a week ago I have had the DPD couriers say they come to the house however they haven’t at all it my current phone is not working properly and it’s an important asset to me I understand your not the delivery company but when you guys promise a 48 hour window and it’s been 1 week and 3 days it takes the mick I would like some sort of compensation as it’s affecting my work
