my phone delivery

Hi I bought a contract iPhone 17 from you yesterday and I choose delivery for Wednesday 6th august, I have received a email saying it won’t be delivered till 20 th august I’m very disappointed and also my sim from my other phone is to change over that day which means I will not have a phone for weeks please help !!

I was suppose to get a message from dpd about my contract being delivered and I haven’t received one
