My upgrade phone was not delivered could I collect it from a store as DPD were trying to deliver it to a different address to the one I asked for it according to pictures they sent of somebody elses front door

@reevo888  orders normally go to your billing address, for you not to receive your parcel and DPD claim to deliver it but at the wrong address would need to be investigated.

@reevo888 , I completely agree with what Joe mentioned,  if DPD has marked your parcel as delivered but to the wrong address, this definitely needs investigating. The quickest way to get this sorted is through Live Chat (available 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday). Here’s the link:
