Question

New phone delivery taking longer than expected

Ordered an IPhone 16 plus a week or so ago, said they’d be in stock 20/11 and was told by support the phone would be delivered on the 20th as well as my phone number swapped from O2.

on the 19th, no sign of tracking and no sign of the phone on the 20th. Same again for today (21st).
no emails in junk or spam either. Very frustrated as I need this phone for work.

also annoyed as I entered my PAC code when I ordered the phone, but have been told I need to swap it over myself! Also should have apparently been sent an ID mobile number but no sign of that either….

    Hi @sjhun2 ,

Thank you for sharing all these details , I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you need the phone for work. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    Here’s what I’ll do:

-Raise a priority check with our logistics team for your phone delivery.
-Confirm your SIM and iD Mobile number details so we can complete the port as soon as possible.

If you would like some further support with this, please get in touch via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or you can email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and outline the details of your query, we would love the opportunity to put things right.

After contacting someone on live chat this morning, I was told ID had no idea when it would be in stock as the 20th Nov stock had gone. Ridiculous offered no compensation either just that I could wait or a refund… which takes 5 working days!!! I’m absolutely fuming never using ID again bad experience on bad experience
