No contact since sending in my phone for trade

I purchased a new phone plan recently and sent my old phone in for some money back. The phone has been delivered 10 days ago, but I have not been contacted regarding payment, or even return, so I have no phone, no payment and no method of contacting anyone.

Hi there ​@Will_95, as iD Mobile are not the trade-in team, they can’t give specific time-frames I’m afraid, as the trade-in team across iD Mobile is ran by Currys.
