no delivery, phone stuck at dpd depot! annoying

I upgraded my phone , the phone was never delivered it is saying it is at the dpd depot but I am unable to collect it from there ??

Ther have been many previous posts with regards to problems with the delivery of new phones via DPD. If you want to see previous posts then you can do a search at the top of the Community page e.g. DPD, Delivery etc.

    If you're having trouble tracking your DPD delivery, ensure you have your order reference number and check the DPD website or app. 

  • Wrong Phone or Items:

    If you received the wrong phone, contact iD Mobile's complaints team or live chat to report the issue and arrange for the correct item to be sent. 

  • Long Delays:

    If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact iD Mobile's customer service team for assistance and investigation.
