no pin when phone delivered

Hi. I have multiple plans under my log in 

I have recently upgraded from SIM only to a phone contract because the previous phone has been broken.

When the delivery came today we couldn't give a pin because all the information is on the old phone which is completely unusable. So the package was returned.

Is there a way to update the email address on the plan being upgraded to a new email address so I will receive the delivery information and pin?

You can update your email address using the steps below on the iD Mobile app or website:

On the iD Mobile app or website

Log in to the iD Mobile app or go to my.idmobile.co.uk
Go to “View your plans”
Select the plan you want to update
Tap the pencil (edit icon)
Choose “Edit login details” (or scroll to email settings depending on your app version)
Tap the pencil next to Email/Login email
Enter your new email address
Confirm and tap “Save changes”

Once this has been completed, you can contact DPD on 0845 307 4310 so they can resend the PIN for you.
