No redelivery details

My delivery did not arrive and no delivery card,l 2 days ago, there is no update on redelivery attempt. I have no idea when this will be delivered and no DPD contact options

As the delivery is being handled by DPD, we would recommend contacting them directly for the most up-to-date information regarding the status of the parcel and any redelivery arrangements.

Can I cancel this order please. DPD just tells me it is on way back to currys, I cannot speak to a human, just AI bot, it has been in Bridgewater DPD depot for 4 days now and I'm being charged for my new contract for a week now without receiving the goods. Please cancel my order under UK distance selling cooling off period and refund me costs incurred under the new contract
