no tracking number or update for dpd.. expecting new sim delivery what's going on

Thank you for your post. Could you please clarify whether you’re referring to a replacement SIM or a new SIM order?

New/replacement physical SIMs from iD Mobile are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. 

Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver mail within 2 to 3 working days, including Saturdays. While most items arrive within this window, it is not a guaranteed service, and some items may take longer, with 3-4 working days being common for letters. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday, typically by 4:30 pm.

If you require the SIM before this time frame, you can visit your local Currys store.

Please note that with sending SIM cards, there is no tracking number provided. This is usually sent with Royal Mail and left in your mailbox. You should receive it within 2-3 working days of your order being accepted.

 

If you have not received it yet, you can either go to a Currys store to collect a free SIM card or contact us on Live Chat [https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat] to request a new one.
