not getting phone until 19th June! why is this when you say next day.

I have set everything up to swap over on the 5th June only to receive an email today saying my phone will arrive on 19th when it clearly stated in stock and next day delivery.

Thanks for getting in touch and we're sorry for the confusion and disappointment this has caused.

 

While an item may show as "in stock" at the time of ordering, stock is constantly moving across different warehouses and fulfilment points. In some cases, orders are automatically re-allocated based on availability and delivery priority, which can unfortunately result in updated estimated delivery dates after the order has been placed.

 

We understand this isn't ideal, especially when you had been expecting a next day delivery based on the original information shown.

 

If earlier stock becomes available or your order is prioritised sooner, you will receive an updated notification with a revised delivery date.
