Not in when phone delivered

I was at work when both the delivery email from DPD was sent to my email, and when the driver arrived at my door.  Now the delivery is listed as “Return to consignor has been requested” and I can not re-arrange a delivery.

My family were in but do not have access to my emails, so were unable to provide the PIN, and the driver told them they would re-deliver on Monday, which they did not do.

What can I do to get it sent back to me?
