I only received my phone. My new phone that I've taken out with you yesterday by delivery. When upon placing my order there was a significant amount of delay from your side which you did send me a 10 lb voucher for. But aside from that I then was going away. So I only received my phone yesterday by delivery. So my question is is there any waiver to my phone contract as I've still not set up I can't transfer my my number is not going to be transferred over until Monday now so yeah so unfortunately on the day that I did order and expecting my phone the next day I've now received it over well over a week 10 days 2 weeks since placing my order
