Payed upfront cost on a upgrade and awaiting delivery

Hello, I’ve payed the upfront cost on an Upgrade. The money has been taken and email received giving a confirmation but nothing further. I have attempted to use live chat on various phones/computers and even tried contact Caroline warehouse. Can anyone advise

What phone did you order and was it ordered direct through iD Mobile?
