Hi @Lozlav123

You need to give more information other than ‘phone’ and ‘9’ for the Community to be able to help you.

So, if you need assistance then please include as much information as you can as to the problem you are encountering so that we know the type of advice you require.

Hey there @Lozlav123, how may we help you today?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi theree @Bourne L. Liz, when did you order?

You should receive order confirmation within 24-hours of ordering, or, if we’re awaiting stock, you’ll receive a dispatch email once it’s been dispatched.
