Question

Phone delivery missed

I missed my DPD delivery by 5 minutes, this was Thursday, no option to sort a redelivery and it's been sent back to Currys. Please stop this and get it sent back out to me!

    I'm sorry to hear that your delivery has been returned after you only just missed the DPD driver.

     

    As the parcel is now being returned to Currys, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat as soon as possible so they can check the order and advise whether it can be sent back out to you.
