Phone return process.

Hi there, 

I received a contract phone but when setting it up it just went into a constant boot loop, phone constantly restarting itself. I contacted support and sent the phone back the next day. I was basically just wondering how long it takes to process the return and send a replacement?

    Once we receive your returned device, the process usually involves checking the phone, confirming the return, and then dispatching your replacement. This typically takes around 3–5 working days, but it can vary depending on courier and processing times.
