hi i sent my old phone to be returned as part of buying new one...it was perfectly fine but got sent back no reason? can someone from ID MOBILE explain?

I’m really sorry to hear your phone was returned without any explanation.
In most cases, returns are handled by Currys as part of our trade-in or upgrade process. If a phone is sent back, it’s often due to one of the following:
-The device wasn’t unlocked properly
-It didn’t meet the trade-in condition requirements
-Or there was a label or system error with no diagnostic provided
