returning my phone & cancelling my contract it is simless when can i get my pac code

I have been set t a return code to retry mobile phone & cancel my contract due to very poor connection problems. I was advised to remove my sim & keep until the phone is received & changes to sim only then requested my pac code. My phone is simless I was sent a barcode so can't remove the sim & use in my old phone when can I request my pacode as I will not be able to use the sim on my old phone ?

Thanks for your help the my account has now been cancelled. I have requested my pac code, do hou know how long this will take to be sent to me please ?

Hi @Dexter-Bella.

The PAC code is sent to your email within a few minutes after the code has been requested.

Can you please check if the email has not perhaps filtered to your junk and spam folders?
