I ordered a s26 a few days ago and it said i would get a free tablet with it. I have recieved the phone but not recieved the tablet

    The free tablet would usually need to be claimed separately rather than being sent automatically with your phone.

     

    Please go to the official claim page here and follow the instructions to submit your request: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer 

     

    You’ll normally need details such as:

    • Your mobile number
    • Proof of purchase/order details
    • Device information

     

    Once submitted, the promotions team will review your claim and process the offer if you’re eligible.
