sim not sent but phone disconnected

Hi I ordered a SIM only deal on the 3/09/26

Not had the sim come through or an email from royal mail just one from ID to say it's on the way wait for royal mail email.

My old sim was disconnected yesterday so now I'm stuck! I keep getting disconnected on the chat. I don't live near a currys store to collect a sim as suggested on here, could anyone advise how to get a sim sent out please? I'm desperate as have no other phone line, thank you
