Sim only 14 days cooling off

Hi, week or so ago I took out a new ID simo plan via mobiles.co.uk.

Was a customer of ID earlier this year on a different contract data speed where good in my local area, back before Three/Vodafone network merger and MOCN was a thing.

Data speed and consistency is horrendous in my area now so will most likely cancel within 14 days.

Do I have to submit the request to cancel via cooling off to ID mobile or via the original retailer mobile.co.uk who is also owned by Currys like ID.

If I cancel within 14 days how do I get a pac code since I've already ported my number to ID and what to keep it.

*If you have ported your number you need to contact your network provider to retain a PAC code.
