I have ordered a new sim for my friend. It was not working at his location fine. It was active for 2 days didn't used it. Cancelled the contract. Still it says your bill be generated after one month and you have to pay the charges as the sim was active. Does it makes sense ? How much will be the bill in this scenario please.

"I’ve processed your return, and your Pay Monthly contract will be disconnected within 10 minutes. Your SIM will convert to Pay As You Go, in case you decide to continue using it. If you’d like to switch to another network, you can request a PAC. If you no longer wish to use the SIM, please cut it in half and dispose of it.
. Important to note: -
You’ll be liable for charges up until the return date. -

Please keep your Direct Debit active, as we’ll refund any overpaid charges within 5 working days.

Can you please confirm you understand all the information I have provided?'

Hi @Mian Kashif,

Welcome to the Community!

If you ordered a contract and wanted to cancel it by processing a return you would need to contact us for a return.

However if the contract has been disconnected within contract terms without a return you would be liable for the termination.

If the order is in your name we can check the account, please let us know if you are the account holder and we can PM you.

Kash

Hi there @Mian Kashif, you are liable for the time the line-rental is opened for, that’s correct.

Thanks,

Tyler
