Tracking reference not received

I ordered a new SIM a week ago. I received an email from ID Mobile saying the ‘delivery partner will shortly be in touch with your delivery time slot’. I’ve not received anything. It’s not in junk! I can’t track the package as I don’t have the reference number. It’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t speak to anyone about this - I’ve tried the very unhelpful chatbot….you get no where! I’m close to just cancelling the whole thing!

    Hi @SBS85,

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing.

Please note that there are no tracking numbers for SIM only deliveries.

If you are needing your SIM card urgently, you can collect one that your nearest Currys. You would just need to go up to one one the store colleagues and request an iD Sim card. They will give if for free. When you receive the SIM card, you must go online to activate it at www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim or you can get in contact with us to active the sim.

    Regards,

So if there are no tracking numbers for SIMs only, why did I receive an email telling me that’s what to expect...and when I use your incredible unhelpful chatbot, it’s saying I can track the order via Royal Mail but I need my tracking reference. You can see how incredibly frustrating this is for a customer.
