Trading in

I didn’t realise you needed to fill out a return form on a mobile you was trading in  as I only just filled it out 10 days after trading in my previous phone with the correct requirements that got sent out to me. Will I still get my money for the trade in?

    As the trade-in process is handled by Currys, you’ll need to contact their Trade-In team directly to confirm whether your trade-in will still qualify after submitting the form 10 days later.

     

    You can contact the Currys Trade-In team here: TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk 

     

    They’ll be able to check the details of your trade-in and advise whether your payment will still be processed.
