Where is my order?

Hi,
I placed an order on Saturday 2/8 and it’s now 6/8
I received a confirmation email but nothing since - I have also received the packaging to send back my old phone. Where are the updates? Is it out of stock? When will I received it?
I have had great service from you in the past on other phones for my family but the lack of updates is not good.
