As title where's my refund ?

I've sent back the upgrade phone have photo proof and chat transcripts that it's been received and processed and this is day 6 now with no refund hitting my bank account

I have got the same, already waiting 6 full working days for refund.

Still waiting on this refund tomorrow the 13th is the latest the last agent in chat I spoke to said it would be hitting my bank I have chat transcript of this too though I’m not holding my breath but  looks like I will have to try get the bank to get my money back as well as speaking to ombudsman about the theft Id mobile have had my money since the 25th of April.

When a device is returned, the refund is only processed once the handset has been received and scanned in at our warehouse. This is the point at which the return is officially confirmed and the refund process is triggered.

 

I understand this has been ongoing since 25th April and I’m sorry for any confusion caused regarding timescales previously advised.

I’ve been on chat multiple times and each time a different day and excuse I’ve actually got a complaints ref number unless that’s made up too but the refund should have been in my bank today but ….. it’s already past the 14 days and my consumer rights have been effected as well as your company standards and responsibilities

Out curiosity how many digits should the complaints reference number be? 
I ask because I don’t believe a word any of the agents I’ve spoken too say.

08000491300 Is this number a legit id mobile number ? As just rang about my complaint and then hung up on me ……..

Our complaint reference numbers do not usually begin with 0 unless it is an older complaint. Newer complaint reference numbers are typically 9-digit numbers that start with either 4 or 5.
