I got a SMS message today to say my address has successfully been updated on my account. I have not requested for my address to be updated. Who do I speak to about this?

Have you checked your address details in your account after receiving the text to see if it has actually changed? (DO NOT do this through any links that may be provided in the message).
If it has been changed, you will need to contact the Live Chat to speak to an adviser as they can help you with this:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser.
(available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays)
