Contacted an agent on online chat regarding my number being used and advised to file a report with the:

  • FCC (Federal Communications Commission, which is a US regulator)

Really!!! 

Note to agents, when you copy and paste from AI make sure you have prompted for advice from the UK at the very least.  

Not good!
