i received a call today, they said with the 3g shut off they need to send me a new sim to use and needed my post code and email, but then there was issues with the email not coming through to my email. im busy atm so they said they'll call back later. is this legit or a scam attempt? it felt suspicious to me haha

3G has already been switched off by Three the network iD use so if your SIM card works then there is no issue. Sounds like a scam call to me as iD would not call you as they are an online business.
