Calls from unknown numbers

I keep getting phone numbers from random unknown numbers that claim they’re from Three, about the 3G and 4G SIM changing. My eSIM already uses 5G. Is this fraud?

    We’re not able to comment on communications claiming to be from Three, as that is a separate network. However, in general, if you’re receiving unexpected calls or messages about SIM changes and you weren’t expecting them, it’s safest to treat them as potential scam attempts.

     

    We’d recommend not sharing any personal details, not clicking any links, and blocking the numbers if they continue to contact you.
